50th Anniversary, New Logo and Website
All of us here at LB Wire Ropes are proud to be celebrating our 50th Anniversary of service in the industry, supporting customers from many diverse industries and backgrounds including manufacturing, agriculture and mining as well as personal customers such as DIY and 4WD enthusiasts.
Our origin dates back to 1962 in Wentworthville NSW, where as a small company we began hand splicing wire rope. From these humble beginnings, we have grown into one of the most reputable companies in the industry, with an extensive product range supported by highly experienced and service friendly staff.
Our Catalog of course includes our more traditional products such as wire rope, slings and fittings; fibre rope; chains and cable stockings. Over the years we have expanded our lines to include specialist equipment in the areas of lifting chains, slings and fittings; height safety and rescue; rigging; stainless steel products; materials handling and personal protection equipment. We also supply specialist equipment to the rail and transport industries. And our lines also include a wide range of product solutions for 4WD enthusiasts and general hardware needs. Our 50th Anniversary provided the catalyst for us to redesign our logo and to create a new and contemporary website to better service our clients.
Our new logo is inspired by one of the founders of our company Frank Hansen, depicted as a rigger spooling wire rope from a reel. We have also created the logo in a way that captures our core values of professionalism, competence and friendliness.
Our new website has been designed to create a great customer experience – ease of navigation, comprehensive product information and technical data at your finger tips and plenty of resource information to keep you up to date with what’s new and innovative.
